Why do some girls think it's cute to wear tights under a mini skirt? I think it looks retarded myself... what do you think? am I just being to country here?

i kno i mean i think the style these days are getting out of hand! alot of it is really hot but then again...alot of it is not...like thos tights under mini skirts is ugly.....but on some pple it DOES look pretty cute

well i work in a clothing store, i sell the tight, mini skirt combo ALL the time, I think that it is cute. But something that I have see a few girls do is the mini over the blue jeans and that just looks half retarded.

First impression means a lot to me. I don't like to appear to others as a slutty, mini skirt chick who is just aching to spead some legs. Believe it or not some girls out there have no idea what's the sign their throwing to the men.
There are other ways to dress that can be sexy and appealing to men.

Personally, I like tights under my skirts, unless it is summer. They are more comfortable than stockings. I think that they look classier than pantyhose, You can definitely color-coordinate better with the tights than with the hose. They also have a more informal look about them, which suits me just fine. I am the informal type.

Like I said, it is the lastest trend and people have been brainwashed by the media into thinking that it is cool. People cannot think for themselves today and wear clothes other than what celebrities wear.
