I colored my hair an auburn color although it came out look more of a deep deep burgandy. But now the new color won't take. I'm guessing the pores in my hair are just not taking the new color. Can I fix that my self with home hair treatments or should I go in?

Hi guys, I recently went on a leather purchasing frenzy on ebay and now own a brand new leather tote (RRP$189) and a pair of vintage leather boots.

I've never had any leather products before, so was quite surprised when I did a google search and suddenly there seems like heaps I need to do to care for them.

Is that really neccessary? If so, what should I do to upkeep my purchases (I need solutions that are cheap and convenient)? If I did nothing and just used them like I would any other accessory, what could happen to them?

I just read that leather can't be wet! So what happens if I get caught in the rain one day (which is bound to happen eventually)? Seems silly to pay so much for shoes that can't get wet wherelse water just slides off cheaper materials.

Also, (sorry, I know I'm asking heaps but I just saved up for quite a while to buy these) I was under the (naive?) impression that leather lasts forever. Is that right? Or can leather tear just like any other material?

I'm getting a nose job soon. Have you had one? What is the pain like? totally killer pain, or tolerable with pain meds? Did it turn out how you hoped it would? I'm interested in trying a sunless tanner so as to avoid sunbathing or going to a tanning salon; however, I'm not very knowledgeable about which brand to use, how to use it, etc. I'm not looking for a dark tan, just a natural light tan (and covering up some tan lines I have from being out in the sun with a tank top on). I don't want an uneven tan or orange streaks, so what would be the best product to use to get an even, natural-looking tan without spending hours everyday using it?
