have you had a nose job?

I'm getting a nose job soon. Have you had one? What is the pain like? totally killer pain, or tolerable with pain meds? Did it turn out how you hoped it would? How long does it take for the swelling to go down, and for the finished product to appear? What was wrong with your original nose that made you want to change it?

Well, i don't know how different is a nose job from a nose surgery, but if it is similar then it is not that painful, but you cannot go out to the sun for a while and but when the time comes to remove all the stuff from the nose that's when the pain comes, because the doctor does not use any anesthesia or anything and they have to remove a pair of palettes from the nostrils that are like 3 inches long each.

By the time I turned 19 my nose had met up with several (5)unfortunate events, usually something to do with a fist. I dove off of a bridge into 10 feet of water and hit bottom. Scraping my nose along the bottom. It broke it for the sixth time and actually straightened it back out. So, yes I've had a nose job, it hurt like a mother, swelling was gone in a couple of days, it actually turned out quite nice but I would suggest using a plastic surgeon. :-)

I had one after I broke my nose in a car accident. Just give yourself a few days to lay around and you will be fine. The first day was the only time I could remember it hurting.
