I became an Avon Rep. about a month ago. Although I make 35% per campaign I still want to make more. Can someone tell me ideas to approch people... sometimes they won't hear me out. Some stand there and listen while I run out of words. I'm pretty sociable but I fear a negative response.

How can I get people to actually trust me, go home and give me a call. My only costumers are at stores ex. corners store, dry cleaners, resturants etc. On other words, I want to be a good Avon rep. and have progress in selling.

Would showing Mark campaigns to teens work?

Like they say. Rule #1. Costumers are always right.
Rule # 2. If they are wrong, refer to rule # 1.

does the herbal essences totally twisted shampoo/conditioner control frizz and make hair have body and cute looking curls?

I spent a lot of time in the sun and I'm Asian with a medium complexion, with pink undertones on my face. I'm a scuba diver and surfer so I spent a lot of time in the sun. I just gave birth and I have more pigmentation spots than before. I'm considering doing Fraxel, but some women told me that with traditional laser treatments (not Fraxel), they had reoccuring melasma than before their treatment. How is Fraxel different? How long will the benefits usually last?

Why do some guys like thick girls and not skinny girls? I thought that alot of thick girls become fat and the skinny girls turn fine and sexy,I see that all the time!!! I see in videos I see oh its all about the thick girls but I know some ppl and friendswho use to be thick and now are either big or just chubby fat,and some skinny girls who get in beautiful shape but why do some guys prefer thick girls now,is it Booty now dump later?

My sister just got back from Hong Kong and brought me back a ring. The ring has a real pearl and dimond on it, but the band of the ring is made of silver and is VERY skinny. I was wearing it yesterday and found out that it is shaping to my hand! I took it off and it was very easy to bend. I'm afraid to wear it anymore because i don't want it to break. Is there anything that i can do to it that would strengthen the silver? Please Help!
