This worked for me, but it MAY not work for you....at least try it. I have an aloe plant and every morning and night (before I go to sleep) I rub the gel over my face. Do research on Google for aloe plant and the benefits it has on your skin. It's AMAZING. It has kept mine from being too oily and my complexion is better. I've read that it can even help reduce acne scars (after about six months of use).

Don't pop them. It leaves scars. I know from experience.
Use some Visine to take the red out and then some toothpaste to dry it out and have it come to a head. Wash the area with antibacterial soap twice a day and put some cover-up/foundation on. You'll be good to go.

Try toothpaste before sleep, it'll dry it out
if it's a big white head, use a small needle to break the skin and get the puss out
use your nails and get under the skin so it doesnt push the infection back into the pours... then dab with a q-tip with alcohol
always works for me

Put toothpaste on it before you go to sleep and in the morning it will make it go down. The tooth paste dries it up and take some germs out.

tooth paste, make sure it is a paste though not a gel. also try deep pore cleaners. i would see a dermitologist, now a days there totaly treatable.

i heard something about using bread yeast and mixing it with water and then putting it on the zit, its supposed to help! i think i read it in my mom's ladies home journal or something~
