You don't have to be stuffy. The most successful women I know are warm, helpful, intelligent, hard working and fun. I do believe that always looking "put-together" is important, but that doesn't mean a conservative suit.

grey or dark solid color skirt close to knee level....white blouse, hair up, maybe glasses, a nametag, black medium-heel shoes, minimal makeup but enough to look done, well spoken....ahhhh , i love the buisnesswoman look. conservative, clean, neat, educated.
