don't listen to idiots that tell u fat has to do with weight or BMI....fat weights less than muscle and of course muscle weights more than fat, the only way u can tell if you're fat is by looking in the mirror and not seeing any sort of flab on you, and that is being fit! in example, very skinny People can still be flabby because they do not exercise and they can be unhealthy. if you work out you can weight up to 190 and still be nice and tiny! you will just have a lot of muscles....and you should never go by size either because many different manufactures have different sizes, I'm about 3 different sizes in other stores....so just exercise and see your results and NEVER WEIGHT yourself!!! you should only measure yourself.

being fat in my opinion is feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. If you cant move around comfortably than you are fat. Being fat is not the worst thing that could happen to some one and it should be taken less seriously.

Fat is when you reach the stage of being unhealthy....i.e....being out of breath walking upstairs...being sedentary because you're to fat and lazy to get your a$$ out of the house...refusing to were a swim suit because the rolls hang in every direction...

For growing teenagers, its around 100 pounds for 5 ft. then 5 pounds for each inch after that. it depends on you height, muscle mass and bone structure and overall build.
if when you move, a lot of you jiggles, then that's fat too.

You shouldn't go by BMI. They're innacurate at times, because they put bodybuilders and wrestlers into the obese category. Going by fat percentages is better.
