Help!! I picked up 12 kg in 2months from depression, i got over that and lost the weight but I've noticed my breast are starting to go lower... and i didnt manage to loose any of the weight I put on to my breasts.. I'm a 36dd is there any one who can help? My selfconfidance is shrinking?

I would suggest exercise to build up the pectoral muscles that hold up your breasts. I personally use Ashtanga Yoga, but even the simple isometric exercise of putting your palms together at breast height and pushing against each other will help.

It would also be a good idea to invest in a really supportive bra. It is a neat way to trick gravity.

As to self-confidence: there are millions of flatchested women who would do anything to have your problem. Try a low-cut v-neck blouse. And stand up straight. Getting your shoulders back brings your boobs up .

And congratulations on taking care of the depression. You have a really good mind, and self discipline, and who needs perky breasts if you have that?

Not much you can do about Droopy Boobies! And since 36 DD is NOT small, your boobs actuallly help gravity out. Its natural, everyone will droop as they age. You can lift weights to build up the muscle under your breasts, but even that will only do so much. The best thing that you can do is LEARN TO LOVE AND EXCEPT YOURSELF JUST THE WAY YOU ARE. LOVE YOUR DROOPY BOOBYS AND THE WORLD WILL TOO!!

Lie on your back with your arms outstretched at right angles to your body. Then raise both arms such that they meet over body then lower them down again....if you can use some light weights in this process so much the better....after one week your pectoral muscles should begin to feel different...more exercising will see the new muscle push out your boobs to look a little better

I would try weight lifting to build up your pectoral muscles (pec flys, pushups)

But with them that big, I think a breast reduction or a breast lift is the only thing that will make a dramatic difference.

People have already replied to your exercise question. I wanna reply to your statement that your confidence is shrinking. Girly, you are more than your boobs. You've been through hell and back battling depression, you found tremendous inner strength and you are now better. Enjoy your life! you deserve it after so much work. You are special, not everybody can battle depression, and you should stay focused on getting your life back on track.

do chest, shoulder, and back exercises with dumbells. the weight doesn't have to be heavy just 5-10Ibs and maybe 2 sets with 10 reps. This will strengthen those areas especially your chest that needs muscle definition

hold your arms out in front of you shoulder level , push the heels of your hands out, so to say, can u feel it just above your chest ? if not put a tin in each hand an do the same, short blasts work better than long exercises.

buy a 2-3 spring tension hand and arm exerciser, then follow the routines for the chest area.

the best thing to do is wear a good fitting bra and go swimming. Do breast stroke if you can and this will firm up your whole upper body. Good luck!

try using two clothes pegs under each shoulder blade. this will pull the skin up and raise the nipples slightly
