I don't think so because Mane and Tail just make your hair thick and shiny but it is not made to make the hair grow fast.
HairTopia has been regularly testing by an independent laboratory.
According to the results of these studies, HairTopia contains the appropriate combination of folic acid and B12 which are vital for the synthesis of some of the building blocks of nucleic acid for the hair growth.
HairTopia also includes all the important enzymes related to glucose metabolism and glycogen buildup. HF 37 also provides Zinc, Niacin, biotin, L-Cycteine, L-Tyrosine, Methionine and Vitamins A, C and E.

There are no shampoos that can increase the actual growth of hair. Some shampoos will protect hair from weakening and breaking, but that is all they can do. Some things that can help speed up the growth of your hair are a healthy balanced diet.Eat right and take vitamin E. Also when you wash your hair, make sure you firmly massage the entire surface of your scalp. This will help stimulate and increase the blood flow to the nerve endings and the hair bulb which are located in your follicles.
Another more expensive way is to get electrotherapy at the salon where they send tiny electrical currents to the follicle, stimulating them as well. Both of these methods will take a few weeks or even months to see the change in the rate of hair growth. Good luck i hope your locks grow!!

Mane N Tail does not make your hair grow. Your hair grows at a certain pace according to your DNA. The shampoo is supposed to be really good for your hair and make it healthy. I used it when I was a kid.

No, hair grows at a steady rate, unless hormones are involved, generally.
This is probably a myth.
If you are worried about hair growth, just remember to eat healthily and all should go well.
