If it is a light dark you might look into a reputable makeup tattooist. But you know most women spend a lot of money to get dark lips I'd gloss and go and count my blessings. It is hard to get a rose color out of a real dark color though. You would have to go for a color difference but it would still be to the dark side. Good Luck

Fashion Fair makes a product called Vantex that can bleach your lips or any skin for that matter. It is a long slow and gradual process, but it does work. Fashion Fair is sold at most mall department stores or maybe try here http://www.fashionfair.com/assembled/face.html
. Dark lips to me mean you only need gloss and no color! Sounds like a convenience but I hear you don't like your lips. OK. Thank heavens for makeup and cosmetics.

I find it amusing that you think your lips are too dark, and I think mine are way too light!
Of course, who determines what color they *should* be? The media! We don't have to accept the media's "color of the day", though. Who says that everyone has to look the same way?
To solve the problem: either reject the idea of changing your appearance to match the media's ideal of beauty, or tattoo your lips.

Apply some coconut oil and liberally use lemon juice on your lips. Also become a vaseline addict coz vaseline works wonders in lightening lips...always carry a pot or tube of vaseline in your handbag and use it gemerously on your lips . Another thing you should be particular about is NEVER NEVER LICK YOUR LIPS...when they feel dry....just apply a lip balm or vaseline.Hope this is of help.

You can have your lips tattood the colour of your choice.
Contact a cosmetic establishment not a tatoo parlour. There are beauty therapists that tatoo lips and eyeliner etc.

Try applying milk cream on them. Olive oil will also help. Consult a dermatologist. All the best.
