Has your hair always been this way? First rule out health problems. There are products made to help increase hair growth. Nioxin has a total hair care system from the shampoo all the way to the hair spray I highly recommend it. It can be found at Regis, Master cut, and I'm sure many salons. Also diet can effect hair go to the vitamin section they have vitamins for hair and nails. Eat a balanced diet along with plenty of fluids. And I'm sorry to say sometimes heredity play a part too runs in my family but I fight it every step of the way and I have more hair the most of them. Good Luck

at almost every grocery store there is a shampoo for horses, I forgot what it is called but it makes your hair grow super fast, you should try it out.
Also make sure you drink a lot of water and get all your vitamins in a day, that has a lot to do with it.

there r many ways but its all indian formulas and it sure effect ur hair ....first put heena in ur hair it gives a great change with lottts of shine and bounce ... then wash ur hair with besan powder or mustard powder ...i wish if u can understand or very simple eat lot of fruits and water and very importand wash ur hair with all things u use in kitchen for cooking ,,,,i mean waste water after wahing rice or vegetable or any cooked water of vegetable or pulses ... hair need it cuz now a days our hair lack all protein ....

take lots of vitamins... also their is a shampoo by marc anthony its called long... it helps with hair growth... and mane n tail is the other shampoo the other person was talking about for horses

you can use a big round brush to style your hair (it'll add volume) and try using garnier fructis shampoo, conditioner, and products.
