I would start with your feet. Men generally have awful feet and it is one area they should concentrate more time on. You should start by getting yourself a pedicure kit. I assume you have nail polish and remover. Make sure you have some clear nail polish at least (ie topcoat). Next thing and most importantly get some body moisturiser and preferably a foot moisturiser. Start by soaking your feet in a warm tub of water. Add a whole sliced lemon and a table spoon of honey to the water and mix the solution. Soak you feet for at least 15 minutes. If this feels uncomfortable put a small towel at the base of the tub of water to make your feet more comfortable. Once the soaking is complete dry your feet and use the pedicure kit to exfoliate the dry dead skin, trim your toe nails, file your toe nails, clean under your toe nails and push your cuticles back. Massage your feet with the moisturiser and paint your nails with one clear coat first then two coats of your favorite shade and then finish with your top coat.

The next step is most important, before going to bed that night thorougly apply moisturiser to your feet and wrap them up in plastic bags and put a pair of socks on. You should sleep like this allowing the moisturiser to work all night. Continue the foot exfoliation and bag treatment every night until your feet are soft and radiant as a babies. Don't forget to apply a coat of topcoat every second day to help your nail polish to last longer. Once you have achieved this you should work up your body starting with your legs. But honey, this is another beauty treatment you will have to ask in your next question. Bye.
