I was wanting to get the opinion if anyone thinks there is a limit as to how high of a heel a woman should wear with her jeans without it looking awkward. Ok, I stepped on this rusted nail the other day. It when ALL the way though my big toe. My girlfriend rshed me too the hosbital but they told me (after they got it out) that I was fine. I whenhome and my whole toe turned green. Now I have a green toe and my girlfrind says it reminds her of a bogger. I'm scaredshe''l break up with me. But this morning when we woke up She stepped on my toe by accedent and it swelled up and now its huge!!!!! (No kidding) She won't even come near me now. She says she hates me with that "Bogger Toe". What should I do?!?!??!??!??!??!??!??! Oh and the Dr. says he can't remove it. I have to wash it with this weird stuff till it heals IN MY TOILET. (No kidding, really). What do I do?

I have tried everything~ Nizoral, Tea Tree, even special hair oils. my head always feels tight especially my by neck. the "clumps" feel huge, but when I comb some out just small pieces are removed. I went to a dermatoligist for this a few years ago, but nothing seems to help.
