I have tried everything~ Nizoral, Tea Tree, even special hair oils. my head always feels tight especially my by neck. the "clumps" feel huge, but when I comb some out just small pieces are removed. I went to a dermatoligist for this a few years ago, but nothing seems to help.

Hi, you might try the regular shampoo from Arbonne. You can check it out at www.wonderful.myarbonne.com They have a 45 day return policy if you don't like the product or it doesn't work for you. Make sure you look at the shampoos carefully because one does contain tea tree oil and you mentioned that didn't work for you. Good luck to you.

There is a product called cortaid spray, use that to spray on dry hair before styling products twice a day, if it gets worse then it is a fungal infection or worse and you need to be seen.

I have tried washing my hair with cold water and blow drying it with cool air instead of heat.
