Well, I just joined a gym, they have 2 machines that will tone up your butt, make it higher, firmer, that might work for you. One of the machines you lean forward kneeling on a pad, while you push back with one foot on this metal thing which lifts your butt, well...you get the picture. Just ask when you join a gym which machines will help in that area. I am very happy with the results so far and I've only being going since May. I go pretty regularly though. Some gyms have special offers so be sure and ask about them.

Apple bottom butts are not all big, but they are full. Doing a lot of swimming and dancing that involves lots of leg lift to the side or out to the back has casued all the people who have danced with me to have firmer and higher buttocks because the muscles are being built. I would not purposely try to get a fat butt. That is not even becoming.

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

definetly squats, lunges, and step-ups for butt. For cardio (best butt exercises) is walking on a treadmill on a HIGH incline, like 10, or a stepper.
But we all know, it doesn't matter how much exercis ewe do, if we want the results to show, you need to eat a clean diet, lots of protein, whole grains, veggies, and LOTS of water.

well the myth is eat lots of corn bread and let a guy get in your back meaning doggy style. I don't know if it's true. I didn't have to do any thing to get mine. It just came naturally

Work out! Do lunges or step-machines in your gym. The buttocks are muscles so you CAN pump them up, as well as lift them...
