Does anyone have a good idea on how to quickly get my hair straight and volumized? I have shoulder length naturally straight hair, but it takes forever to blowdry. Any suggestions?

Ok ive been doing my eyebrows for like a year, but i always plucked and never waxed. They look like crap but still good for a "plucker". Ive been growing them out for almost a month now. Should i wait till they're FULLY grown out or partially and get them waxed because i want them to be even and shaped. Anyone ?

It was with Revlon's dark blonde and it came out light brown. My question is... since I want it a little lighter.. more towards blonde will I be able to do it with the same color to get something lighter or should I use a lighter color? Also, can I do it today or is there a chance that my hair can fall off?

My college is gonna have a graduation like ceremony for the new freshman next month, and all the faculty and seniors will be wearing thier grad robes and caps. The freshman will be greetyed personally by the president and be given a " entrance Gift " and there will a speech or two and lunch? i have blue-green eyes (more blue than green) and at the moment dark brown hair (usually it's more blonde than brown) , fair skin with rosy cheeks. i normally wear neutral tones, and browns but want a change and have no idea what would colour to go for, any suggestions would be great.
