I know this feeling! After I had my daughter, I began working out 3-5 times per week or every other day. I would first walk on the treadmill at a pace of 3.5 for about 30 minutes. Then I'd stretch and try to do at least 50 crunches. Next I'd go and do the machines specifically for abs, but alternate between ab machines and leg / thigh machines so as not to overwork my muscles. I've been told that a lower weight with more reps (abt 10-20) works better at trimming than does doing more weight, less reps (this also trims but can result in more bulk muscle). I lost about 30 lbs in a couple of months and noticed a big difference in my whole body.

i have tons of "fat" on my belly after 3 kids but its not fat...its streched skin...ive been doing some research and it looks like the best way to get rid of it quick is by doing a body wrap...you can order supplies and kits to do it yourself at home or most massage places can do it for you...The massage place that is down the street from me charges 50$ but you can loose inches from all over your body in just one hour. And it will nourish and help the skins elacticity... you should do some searches on it.
I know that hollywood uses it alot and its very effective

Only by increasing your way intake to 8-10 glasses daily, high cardio work for 40 -50 minutes four days per week (biking, swimming without breaks, jumping rope, running or jogging) and include weights when you do your crucnhes.

I d like to know too... working out our abs don't do the trick.. I have abs of steel but still, baby fat is coating them.

try exercising 3 times @ d@y ; do sit ups and run or go for walks
that shall do!!!
