Well this is easy!!! the girl is doing it for attention from the guys walking by!! The best thing you could do is not say anything when she starts and maybe she will get the hint or at least not get much louder!!

She wants the attention...and she wants to get it in a very tacky way!
When she does this again I suggest you literally walk away from her. She'll try to come after you and if she asks you what's wrong just say..."you're being loud and tacky talking like that in front of those guys...I don't want to be associated with somebody like that!"
That should take care of her!
