This shampoo contains Ketoconazole which can damage your liver and kidneys. My dandruff is bad, but I dont know if I should be using something so dangerous. What should I do and has anyone tried Nizoral? Also is it really THAT effective?

I'm getting my hair cut all emo/goth/punk whatever you feel like labeling mebut I want to look at ahirstyles ONLINE. Even when it's brand new polish, base and topcoat it bubbles. I don't shake the polish excessively. It never happens when I get a professional manicure.

I have been a yo yo dieter for years. I recently had my third baby, and although I am not my heaviest size...I am still having a hard time bouncing back, (or maybe I've bounced too much) I am no longer breastfeeding, (baby is 7 months old) and I can't seem to shed a dependable amount of weight.
