Atkins or Low Carb is the fastest way that I have found to lose weight. I've tried them all, but this way of eating takes away cravings and I never feel deprived because I eat all of the protein that I want. You can easily lose that much weight in a month.
Low carb is much quicker than fasting because your metabolism does not slow down. You don't get the cravings that you do on a low calorie or low fat diet. It seems strict at first, but it's easy once you get going.
Just go to Atkins.com or do a search on Atkins or low carb diet. You will find tons of information. I am adding a link to my favorite diet site. Well, depending on your age, if you are in your 20's or early 30's you only want to consume 1800 or less calories per day... Eat little portions that at dispersed throughout the day with 1 hour different in between. Try lots of salads and grilled chicken...veggies and fruits instead of sweets, skip sodas completely.
Also, 1/2 pink grape fruit juice every morning, and steamed cabbage will help you loose weight. Lemon juice or vinegar your salads instead of dressing....
And don't forget to exercise...

It is never good on your body to loose that much weight that fast,try 4-5lbs in a month a lot better on your body,eat 5 small meals a day of food that is nutritious so the body doesn't go into starvation mode increase exercise

Stop eating, run 15 miles morning and night. drink just enough water to stay alive. starve yourself , but oh wait. if you do that you will be so sick you won't have any fun in Jamiaca. Just buy a one piece suit and have fun.

Well i used to be overweight and i watched i ate and wrote it down and also how many calories it contained i did this wkile also working out steadily do this and you are sure to see the weight roll off your body i kno i did
