my thighs r really fat and i need 2 lose some it . and no speciel food orders and diet pills really.
i do yoga everyday 4 bout an hour a day

Being skinny is not all there is to life. just make sure you'r healthy by staying active and eating five times a day. afte that appreciate your bod thats wat makes u unique from all the others around u. take ur body and rock that runway.

the best way to lose weight is doing exercise. You can run, walk, or join a gym, the first day is hard but don't worry it will became a routine. Swimming is a nice sport, you move all your body and you would be fresh all the time. 3 days per week for 45 min or 1 hour. try it. It works to me!!

yoga is for stretching, you need to do aerobics.
SERIOUSLY!! yoga does not burn calories at the rate you need it to in order to lessen the fat around your thighs. trust me, if you ran or did aerobics for four hours a day then you wouldn't even have this problem.

a good way to lose em is there is a book called belly but and thighs the library has it so try that

start eating 4 small meals or snacks of fruit or veggies and water or milk with it. do more cardio, like running or swimming with about one hour of yoga everyday.

Walking for 30min 5x per week is a start also lunges and try pilates, windsor pilates to be exact. there should be one called buns and thighs it is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! just get it!
