I have been a yo yo dieter for years. I recently had my third baby, and although I am not my heaviest size...I am still having a hard time bouncing back, (or maybe I've bounced too much) I am no longer breastfeeding, (baby is 7 months old) and I can't seem to shed a dependable amount of weight. I have been seeing a lot of diet pill commercials...which are good??? which are safe??? Any ideas?

Ordinarily, I'd tell you to just exercise and eat a balanced diet, but I know the yo yo game very well, and how frustrating it can be. I'm a former boxer and cutting weight was something of an art at times. I've had to cut as much as 25 lbs in 2 days (not recommended!). If you're looking for a pill to help you lose weight I'd recommend you look for a product containing ephedrine, it's the only product that really works (other than medically prescribed). If you can find ephedrine in it's refined form, take ONLY 2 8mg tabs twice daily for the first week, then move up to 3. Combine them with a 100mg caffeine pill and a half tab of aspirine and you should lose weight very quickly. After one month, stop using the ephedrine and only use the caffeine. You need to do this every other month otherwise you risk addiction to ephedrine (plus the product will become less effective as your body becomes accustomed to it). NEVER exceed 3 tabs a day, the side effects can be nasty (strong headaches, shakey hands, light headedness). After 6 months, discontinue use.

You need to include a proper diet and regular excercise, or you won't achieve the results you want. I'd recommend 60% carb, 30% protien 10% fat and make sure that the fats are from things like nuts, low fat milk and cheeses. Avoid saturates as much as possible, and look for monounsaturated and polyunsaturated as well as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in the foods you eat. Good sources are whole grain breads or supplements that you can buy at nutrition stores. Exercise should include a solid cardio regimen at least 3 days a week for about 20-30mins, you don't need weights to lose weight.

I hope this helps!

Forget about the pills. reduce your carbohydrates--cut out starch: white bread, white flour. Eat more bran: wheat and lots of leafy vegetables. Cut out the sweet soft drinks and drink herb tea for a few months. You need to flush those toxins from your system and by eating foods which give you energy, you will be more active and that will burn off the fat instead of accumulating it on your body.

Go to Homeshopping network HSN.com and look at Andrew Lessman's products. He has carnitine, a metabolism and fat all natural pill, all his stuff is all natural and the highest quality. I take several of his products and they all work and have no side effects.

You should stay away from those because they all have side effects. I lost 20 pounds by eliminating the following from my diet: pasta, rice, potato, bread or anything that had flour in it.

My friend uses Trimspa. It has caffeine in it that helps speed up your metabolism and it suggests to also exercise, but it does suppress your appetite as well.
