People tell me that I'm fine, I'm normal. But I never feel comfortable with myself and even though others say that I'm normal, I wish I could be a bit more fit and weigh less. I'm 15, 5'2 1/2", and about 116/117 pounds. My goal is about 105-110 pound range so I want to lose about 7-12 pounds. I'm willing to spend several months to get down to that weight but does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to gain too much muscle (especially in my calves) since I have fairly large calves and I do want my thighs and calves to get thinner along with my arms. Exercise suggestions where I don't gain too much muscle? Food advice? Thanks.
