Do you have a ring or a stud? Either way, I say stick it out... if you take your ring out now and it takes a while to get over, your hole could close...
I'm not sure about you, but I got mine pierced a year ago and even now if it's out for over 4 hours it's painful to put it back in...
Be careful blowing your nose not to stab yourself and that it doesn't come out...

Same as you would if you didn't have your nose ring. I dont have a problem when I have a cold with mine.
The only tip I will give, is make sure your ring doesn't get crusty!!!

Take out the ring and disinfect the hole frequently.

Pull your nose ring OUT!!!! if it's bugging you that much.

Take q-tips everywhere you go for quick in the nostril cleaning.
