I have pretty oily eyelids and I am in LOVE with Stila Smudgepots Gel Eyeliner. I would be lost without black eyeliner and this is the only brand I have found where I can put it on when I leave for work in the morning (8:30AM) and when I get home at 6 it still looks amazing. You can buy it for about $16 at Nordtroms or through Sephora (if you have a store nearby or if not, you can try www.sephora.com).
Also, a huge tip if you have oily eyelids like me, I bought Urban Decay Primer Potion through Sephora (about $15). You put it on your eyelids (and sometimes I even do below my eyes) and then put your liner on and no smearing at all. It is wonderful!

I love Almay, and I will tell you why. Depending on ur eye color, they reccomend whatever color it is that u should be wearing. There are 4 shades of black, and I was clueless but i just used the little guideline and it poitned me in the direction of what shade to use. they also have all different tyoes of eyeshadows and mascara which they reccomend the shades as well. I loev it because it brings out the color in my eyes and really makes them pop out. It does not smear, and it stays on for hours without a problem

I Like to use Maybelline waterproof liquid eyeliner or if you need a pencil Revlon colortsay. THe only thing though you need to use a really good eye makeup remover for these.

Mary Kay's is great! The eyeliner are $9.50 - last all day, doesn't smear or smudge, and it's waterproof!

gimmerstick eyeliner by Avon it's 4.99 and it comes in waterproof and it doesnt smear. Great stuff!!!
