Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser works great. It's the only one that doesn't over dry yet cleaning removes all my makeup, with no mascara smudge residue under my eyes! Amazon link below.

Note on your note: It's Soap-free and non-comedogenic (doesn't clog pores) so it's great for acne sufferers.

I use Mary Kay's make up remover. It's not oily and it works incredibly well. It doesn't cost too much either, it comes in a mid-size bottle but you only need a little bit so it lasts a long time. Go online to: marykay.com and search for make up remover...it'll come right up with all the details.

Try Ponds Cold Cream, I've heard it works well, and it's very important to remove your make-up thouroghly. Because, traces of make-up can suffocate your skin.

Hands-down THE BEST stuff to remove your makeup and wash your face:
CETAPHIL Cleanser

They sell it at normal drug stores and it's like $10 bucks.

Trust me -- it's the best. I like the liquid stuff...but the soap is good too.
