I've never really tanned and don't really want to either, instead I really like the very pale almost porcelain skin people like Ditta von Teese and even Kelly Osbourne have. I have dark hair though so hair removal through shaving leaves my legs looking less than china-perfect. My skin in itself is quite sensitive to redness, lumps and bumps and roughness so how can I achieve glowing healthy white skin?
