You can use ProActiv, there is a generic version called AcneFree that works just as well - you can find it at Wal-mart, Target, or drug stores. Also, Benzoyl Peroxide is great for sensitive skin and really works. Just make sure to moisturize.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Try washing with very warm water (not so hot that it bothers you, though), as that will open up your pores, and then use a gentle soap, like Dove. If you have a tougher case of acne, see your doctor about it. Erythromycin is fairly effective, and since it comes in a pill, it's not likely to upset your sensitive skin.

A dermatologist. Go see one. Get a prescription. Over-the-counter acne medication could seriously damage really sensitive skin.

Use non-abrasive astringents and any agents that say they are for sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin too and Clean & Clear has some great facial washes and astringents that are gentle on your skin and work great.

If you have like mild acne like me I just wash my face twice a day with dove soap and that helps, plus Dove is gentle. You might use stronger stuff if you have bad acne.
