No why would her choices about her body bother you? People get cosmetic surgery for a lot of different reasons. Often for self confidence, and we are lucky enough to live in a time where if you are born with a nose that is so large it disfigures your face or breasts so small they are nonexistent that can be fixed. Lets face the facts pretty people have a slight advantage in the game of life.

if she had the surgery for me then NO but if she had the surgery done for someone else then YES!!! but whatever the reason she must have felt that by doing surgery she will be happy because then her boyfriend will be happy u KNOW!!!
so no i wudn't breakup with her!!!
