i have 8 tattoos some large and pierced belly buttonive had tattoos since i was 13 and they have been covered up and still look good ive had 7 cover ups of same tattoos .....so dont be misled they dont sag and look that bad mine are still lookin good lol

Tattoos can be attractive if they are in the right places!
I have a small one on my shoulder, a little one on my ankle and one that is about 4" by 3" on my back! They are tasteful, especially the one on my back...a nice black & white one of some wolves.
I know i have them, but its up to me if anyone else see's themas ive had them in places that they are easily covered up but if i want to show them off, they are easy to show!!
Tattoos used to make woman look cheap, but now i dont think it does, depending on the quality of the tattoo itself and what the tattoo is of.
Ive also got my bellybutton pierced and my nose, ears and eye brow but its all tasteful still!

In cultures such as many in Africa, there are traditions that require you to get a tattoo. Their tattoos are a bit different, but I believe that is where tattoos are from as well as some parts in Hawaii I believe. Tattoos have been around for a long time, thousands and thousands of years. I have seen a culture where when a women gets pregnant, she gets a special tattoo that represents her going into mother hood; it is a extremely important tattoo for the women..it means they are now a full woman. I have no idea why white people have put such a bad rep. on tattoos, especially on women. It is incredibly insulting to cultures that put true traditional meaning behind them -like tribal face tattoos- to get any for mere fun.

I think it looks great.
Tattoos are expressive and show a woman's individuiality. They are not afraid to stand out from the crowd and look unique. Some tattoos have meaning, and are a tribute to something lost in that person's life.
Sometime's it just show's that person's inner creative being, and what they are all about. Either way...I love them. As long as they are not trendy. Clothes are trendy, you can change your clothes, tattoos are hard to change. I dont see a point in getting a 'trendy tattoos'.

You can never have too many, although I would personally not get any on my face,neck or hands.

I'm a girl and I'm going to get my first one when I turn 18. I plan on getting about like 3-6. One on my lower stomach to my left (it'll be small, my first one). I want to get a lowerback one too along with one on my back near my right shoulder. I was considering getting two bracelet ones opposing each other, and one on my upper arm. All in black, no colors.

In my opinion, it depends on the tattoo. Something small and simple could look nice and classy. But tattooing like a random cow on your entire back would look awful. Subtle is better than being entirely obvious. Also consider the fact that jobs may be more difficult to get with tattoos.

Tattoos on men or women are fine as long as they have them for the right reasons. To have a tattoo to express a life experience for your own pleasure is fine. To have a tattoo for a trend is wrong

They seem to be the IN THING in fashion now. The women who wear them intent that they must be seen where-ever they have these tattoos. Personally I will not have a tattoo, although they look good on other people.

For the most part, they are trashy. A little butt-hat is OK on the right woman, but yes trashy. Take a walk through WalMart sometime, look at the "ladies" with tats getting food with food stamps, and think about this question. They could have spent that 30$ on baby formula or milk and bread, instead of taking my money. Everyone's got a tattoo now. It used to be different, now it's different to not have one.

Tattoos are gross on men and women and the body is beautiful without them. They get really ugly when people get old and the skin sags and the tattoo fades some. Scary !

you know, a few years ago i went swimming and there was a woman in the pool full of tattoo's and i thought, stay away from her, she looks well rough! yet it suddenly dawned on me, iv got 4 myself, so what do people think of me? because im the least rough and scary person in the world. so i guess the answer to your question is this - dont judge the person on the tattoo's, because chances are they will be good, honest, decent people who just like body art.
