It was announced that when stolen, the Edvard Munch painting "Scream" was damaged in such a way that it cannot be completely repaired. My question is how many people actually care? I've always thought Munch's artwork had little to redeem it.

Who should one contact to authenticate a painting? In particular whether the signature on the painting is real? If hypothetically it was a Renoir who could authenticate it?

Any contact details would be appreciated.

A top London store promoted this artists work about three years ago and produced a full colour landscape brochure - the work is highly individualised with a more than a touch of nostalgia I am not sure but think the brochure might been called 'The Match' I would like to know the name of this artist and also if it were possible to obtain a copy of the collection brochure.

I have to reproduce a painting from the 20th century. I found one which can be found here : http://voirouregarder.typepad.com/photos/morceaux_choisis/renoir.jpg but I don't know what it's called. The website doesn't give me any information whatsoever. I'm pretty sure it's by Pierre Auguste Renoir, but I cant seem to find it anywhere, and I don't know if it's even the whole painting. So I was wondering if anyone recognized this and could help me, give me some information? I need this as soon as possible. Thanks.

10. You would rather spend your money on new canvases than new shoes or a new dress or a new suit. The clerks at Goodwill all know you by name.

9. Yapping on your cell phone annoys you because it distracts you from the painting you’re working on.

8. Britney who? Paris who? Anna Nicole Who? Caring about what celebrities do takes up too much of your precious time.

7. Your television quit working weeks ago and you still haven’t gotten around to repairing or replacing it.

6. Your vacuum cleaner is covered with dust from lack of use.

5.-1. (Please add your own to this list. And have fun!)
