The first four that came to my mind was Mono Lisa, Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's David and Statue of Liberty and these four are the ones most mention. I can't believe it!
I picked Mono Lisa before checking the answers and sure enough up to now Mona Lisa is the most popular pick. I don't even like the Mono Lisa to be honest.

Funny that no one mentioned Whistler's Mother. That was the first one I thought of. Then you'd have DaVinci's "the Last Supper" and of course, the Mona Lisa. Two other recent popular ones are "The Scream" and "Girl With a Pearl Earring."

Probably the Mona Lisa. I saw it in person at the Louvre in Paris. It was even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. Still have the photo of it :)

Mona Lisa. That was the first one that came to mind, which is a good measure of what is the most well-known.

Proably the Mona Lisa, the Cistine Chapel ceiling would be up there too (literally lol!), and thanks to the DaVinci Code film, I guess the last supper is pretty much up in the top 10 too.

I would say either the Statue of Liberty, The Gateway Arch(in St. Louis), or the Sistine Chapel ceiling.
