Do you mean arrange and fix as in doing all the legwork to get the artist's work into the gallery or arrange and fix as in the physical labor of installing an exhibit? If it's the former then - yes - Curator is correct. But if it's the latter then that's a Preparator.

My friend installs exhibits. She is a Gallery Installer as assistant to the curator or museum director.

Curator.. (though they usually have staff) Could be a Docent as well in some reguards
