In life most of us come to forks in the road which will lead us off onto different paths, different destinations. Our perspectives on life are often forged before we come upon the forks. Still, being
intelligent creatures, we can reverse our tracks and take the path we instinctively know is right for us. Many don't. Instead, they settle on the path others expect them to take.

Landscapes, still life, nudes, abstracts....many painters has their own stuff on it. I like to hear something new for new work. Something maybe no one did it before. People likes to visit the gallery with pleasant surprise...

We all know that fine art with a wide range of value, quality, tons of artistic theory. It is still a big myth of fame for the painters. The truth in art I think, the famous artist work with high value, the quality of work is another story. Don't tell me that art is priceless.
May I litsen any opinions about the way to fame of a painter?

I have searched until forever and have found only 1 small sketch that was listed on ebay for 750.00. I know that most of his originals were donated to Washburn and Princeton art museums. I'm really suprised that there are not any for sale anywhere. Now his videos and paint supplies are available by the tons on every aution. Any input as to where I can see some of his original painting and see what they are selling for would be appreciated. thank you

Ive been wearing this face mask while painting, but it is really uncomfortable and doesn't bring in any fresh air. How do other painters do it? I feel nauseated after I paint. Are these oil/acrylic/watercolor fumes poisonous?

My Grandma's Grandfather was a French artist by the name of Anre Dubois (Henry Dubois). I have a charcoal drawing he made of Amelia Barnhart signed and dated 1881. I've tried everthing I could think of to research my Great, Great Grandfather's work, but come up with a million Henry Dubois' that are French artists. (I realize this is a popular name in France). Can anyone help me, my family only has this one piece of art from him and I would love to see more! Thanks.....
