I am a master of fine art in baghdad ,I would like to recover with the out world cause we are separated here from the cevelization.

Yes, I am sure you would. What is it that you would like to say to the outside world? Art from lands where there is oppression rises in protest one way or another, and the constrictions on freedom of expression ususally results in wonderful pieces of art being hidden away by the artists who refuse to surrender to that kind of control. If you have Internet access, you can post your work, even here, so all the world can see.
