We all know that fine art with a wide range of value, quality, tons of artistic theory. It is still a big myth of fame for the painters. The truth in art I think, the famous artist work with high value, the quality of work is another story. Don't tell me that art is priceless.
May I litsen any opinions about the way to fame of a painter?

Because there is no real recipe for aquireing fame most artist don't worry about becoming famous. Becoming well known is a more realistic goal and the odds are that may not happen either. A true artist paints because that is what he loves to do, always studying, always learning, always changing, and always painting. If there is a secret to becoming a famous painter, it is probably not worrying about it in the first place, and when it does happen one could be long gone by then.

I don't think famous artists actually wanted to be famous or even had the goal of 'I want to be famous'. I think they just did what they loved, they painted, sculpted, drew, whatever it was and fame just came from the fact that what they created touched others in a profound way and that's how they became famous. It is also true that many had masters who mentored them and taught them the skills they needed to properly express themselves. Is there a 'formula' to follow to become a famous artist, I don't think so. I do believe however, that you can be at the right place at the right time and the right person could be touched by your creation and that can rocket you into the limelight. I create because I love it, I draw what I feel, I don't draw with the thought of becoming famous, in fact I'd rather not be.

Three T's:

1. Talent - one must have some amount of talent
2. Timing - or a lucky break, being at the right place at the right
time while doing the right thing
2. Ties - a good connection, marketing, publicity

This is the formula for most success stories

Most achieved fame by finding a master to mentor for them. Finding a master willing to do this for you will take some time... it may be extremely difficult. Some modern artists today will not want to take the time to teach... but if you're persistent and lucky, you'll find someone who can take you on a similar path of fame. You must be passionate about your art or they will not give you their time... you must be willing to devote yourself entirely to your craft, almost to the exclusion of any social life. You have chosen a difficult path, but if you truly want it, you will discover your treasure.

Marjorie T hits it pretty close on the head.

But luck or who you know or who knows who among the people you know plays a great deal into it.

Networking might get you there.

Just remember: There are no guarantees and an artists paints for themselves first and foremost, fame or no fame.
