google up "Nail Art". I just did and there are a million sites with the info you want.
And please take the time to spell entire words... communication is also an art form.

i visited one art gallery in thane, mumbai, the artist him self was present, demonstrated... medium thickness cartridge paper was used, thumb nail is used, base is very light pencil lines, he holds the paper in left hand , and draws with right hand... address of art gallery is Matai Art Gallery, Neelkanth Shopping Arcade,Road between Pokhran Road No 1 and2, Thane (West), Mumbai (Maharashtra) India, sorry i don't remember the name of artist, but his work was excellent, you can write to the art gallery for more details
