Donations for one thing. Google 4 a million other things about it. Not to mention they are a nonprofit charity most likely. So they dont have to pay taxes on revenues brought in ... so that's a way they receive a benefit from the public. Lobbying ? Either spend 100's of hrs researching it ... or dont even bother thinking about it. You could write a letter to your state senator or congress person. Asking them to support the WWF ... and possibly get a form letter response back from one of their staff people to show your friends, that you lobbied in govt for da cause. :D They wont actually read it, unless you attach a 50k check along with the inquiry.
