Plain old rubbing alcohol does the trick. Apply it from the inside out, and use a clean white cloth or paper towel to soak up the stain. Move the cloth/towel to a clean part once saturated. Once the stain is mostly out, treat with a stain remover and wash as usual. You may be out of luck if the garment is white, however.

There is a product called 'Paint away' would probably do the trick if you could find where to buy it from. UK catalogue company Kleeneze sell it, if that is of any use. Other than that it may scrape off with a knife blade if it has not soaked into the fibres of the fabric to much

If it is fresh, like within a few hours, soak the item in lukewarm water for an hour or so, then use an old toothbrush to scrub it. I'm a face painter and use acrylics...once they are set in clothing its impossible to get them out,but if you get them quick you can usually get it out

Paraffin may help. Or it may wreck the clothes further.

Seriously you might struggle - try spraying hairspray on it and rubbing gently.
Sorry!
