He is an artist who paints Native American pictures & has a series of collector's plates called: Sacred Circle put out by Hamilton. I am trying to find his bio, but every site that lists him has bio information for a Julie Rogers. Any help would be appreciated.

There are so many sites showing Art for sale, but have any of you actually sold a piece or more? I am wondering if it is really worthwhile.

Pen names, nom de plumes - how does one manage to earn a name for theirselves as an artist? I've met several artists that have used pen names instead of their real names to present theirselves to the public, and are actually very well known for them. I mean, there may be copyright/trademark problems, especially if you just "do it", right? because anybody can (wether intentionally or accidentally) use your name and use it for their own.

So, my question is, how do you start? do you just "do it", do you sign a legal documentation? or what?
