Yes. Conceptual artist, Yves Klein. Unlike most artists, he worked with blue exclusively. Not only did he make paintings, sculptures and even performance work in blue, he developed his own version of this color, now named after him as International Klein Blue (or IKB).
His work is well known, but he never gained the popularity in America that he had in France.

His name escapes me but he did a lot of prints in 1900 and 1920 of ladies reclining, like of art navough look. His prints are often seen in antique shops and his technique was blue on blue. I will think of his name later but any local antique shop should have some of his prints. He also did lots of advertisements. Always with beautiful ladies, fancy clothes, and lovely flowers.
