It's an odd size. Most common near that range is 30x40, at least here in the US.
The american based sites aren't going to help you much, what with shipping and all...what about buying the stretcher bars and primed canvas and stretching your own?
I queried "artist supplies in scotland" using www.dogpile.com
Got a load of stuff.
Good luck...

I am art student in UK.

Have you tried:
http://www.greatart.co.uk/

Great prices for all art materials and you don't have to wait forever like some other sites. Free delivery on orders over £50.
Sale on at the moment.

They do 70cm x 100cm if that is close enough. Or you can get canvas stretchers and stretch your own. They sell canvas on the role (primed and un-primed, different types of canvas) and you can get a book of samples.

Hope this helps.

Well, my fine Scottish Maiden I would suggest you do what I do. I make most of my own canvases. For the larger ones I actually make my own frames. For the smaller ones I buy pre-cut stretcher bars and snap them together.

If you can't actually make the frame yourself (not everyone has the tools to saw and cut the wood and attach it together) perhaps there is a handyman or local craftsman who would be happy to help you. After the frame is made you can stretch and prime the canvas yourself.

Don't know where you live, but Dick Blick's art supply in columbus, Ohio is a good place. they give 20% student discounts with id. I think on web at www.dickblicks.com.

In Dayton, Ohio, McCallisters is about the only place, way expensive, though.

In the UK you can get them in The Works, sometimes.
