I have seen some people who charge a couple of hundred dollars for 1 store logo! I charge around $15 to $20 for 1 store logo. It all depends on the size of it. Do you think that I am not charging enough?

*Thanks and please do a search on Yahoo on my store name to check out all of my cool store designs!*

I have a celebrity's autograph on an old theatrical poster (the poster is cardstock - not paper). Unfortunately, the pen used was a cheap one and the ink has faded so it is almost impossible to see - is there any way to "bring back" the ink/signature? Or is it gone forever? I also have a few cards that were signed with a felt-tip pen... these are now fading quickly. What can I do to restore the darkness of the ink?

Thanks for all your help!!

Hi i am a university student and we have to keep a running journal/scrapbook/research file on anything we find interesting and how we came up with ideas for assignment briefs. i want mine to look professional, so that if i go to a job interview they can see my research. i dont want to use a plain a4 binder and i dont want to do the obvious college/highschool thing of writing everything about what i did with a stuck in picture underneath it. Is their a way i can do it, or is their any links/books of ideas that people have done this?

I am an industrial designer. I go through tons of markers. Right now I mainly buy prismacolor markers (mostly grays) because they're cheap.

I dont like making all this waste, and i was hoping there would be a way to just replace the ink or the nib without chucking the whole thing.

anyone know where i can get refills? or recommend another brand that accomodates this?

thanks.

For some reason, comics to me reflect reality more closely than most other instantly-consumable media, like sitcoms or even the news. I just see pieces of my own world in them, as if that could really happen to my life setting, or people could say and feel what these characters are expressing.

I'm looking to incorperate some color into the a few of the drawnings I am working on and I need a good brand, though not horribly expensive, in a set of 24 to 48. I've heard prismacolor is good, but I've also heard that they've been bought out recently and the quality has dropped a bit. Is this true, or are they still a good brand to get?

I want to start looking for a new job but, I feel like I've lost all my creativity to design. I have a few regrets about it now, but at the time I got a lot out of the Tech College I went to. I graduated 3 years ago with an Associates Degree and got a job right away doing production art. I figured it would be a good start to get a quick 2-3 years experience here and then get a better design job. Well that 3 years went by pretty quick and now I realize I feel so far behind everyone, even kids just graduating. I forgot what little web design I once new, I don't know Adobe InDesign, and I can't even draw anymore. I think that once I get back in a creative environment it will come back to me, but can I go into a interview with the same portfolio I graduated with or do I go back to school? or what? I need advice, I gotta get out of this boring dead-end job. I know I'm not the only one to go through this.
