How to refill drawing markers? what marker brand to get?

Question

I am an industrial designer. I go through tons of markers. Right now I mainly buy prismacolor markers (mostly grays) because they're cheap.

I dont like making all this waste, and i was hoping there would be a way to just replace the ink or the nib without chucking the whole thing.

anyone know where i can get refills? or recommend another brand that accomodates this?

Messy ways, here are some. The first shows a needle and syringe with ink... Every site below has some sort of Refill mentioned.
