i wrote on a poster board and i cant erase it what should i do to erase it better?

Use one of those smooth white erasers, they erase the best. If it still doesn't erase all the way, probably the only thing you could do is scratch away a thin layer from the surface. Some posterboard is a different colour underneath the surface though!

But probably you should just buy another board...

Tough one. Try using a kneadable eraser (smushy gray eraser available at art stores). You just push it against the mark and lift it away. If it's a white paper you might be able to get away with white out.

On a paper what??? And then you wrote on a poster board.Did you not learn a lesson??.Try a solvent for the type of ink that you used.
