where can i find the path tool in photoshop cs2? thx.....

It's the tool that looks like a fountain pen. It's in the left column, 9 down.

If you mean the path selection tool, the shortcut is to press A. It looks like a black cursor, and on my set up it's the left column, 8th down. If you mean the pen tool where u can create lines or shapes then stroke/fill them in afterwords, the shortcut is P, and for me it's the 9th down on the left column. If these don't show in their spot, you may need to right-click that button and it brings up a list of tools that could go on that spot.
