I'm also just starting out in Manga - and I have found books most useful, rather than websites. There is a series available called, funnily enough, 'How to Draw Manga'.

Go to a bookstore. They have lots of books on how to draw Manga in the art section.

Manga is a fruit and I doubt you want to draw it.

my my my... i dunno a site of teaching you how to draw manga. but i can give you sites with lots of manga... just copy it, or draw all the characters of it. hope this helps! well it does when you know how to draw already :D
