if a art teacher could answar this q i would be wery greatful, why do we have to do pop art as a project when we could be doing things we love to draw like for me it would be dragons (fantasy art) im just so confused!!!!!!

Hi guys,

I am interested in majoring the designing field.

I am planning to be a designer that works with the dvd player designing, auto interior designing, etc.

I like desiging thing with my pride, and like impressing people by smart and beautiful creations.


But first, I want know, if this field makes good amount of money.
And is there fierce competetion?

And how diverse the fields are? (ex: auto designing, fashion designing, interior designing, etc.)

I've seen many abstract-art-works by great painters in different sites. These are all done with either acrylics or oil-paints. Is it always

necessary to use paints in abstract-arts ? Can't it be done with only pencil-shades ? Like if I want to incorporate some geometric figures

in it using pencil-sketch etc.

This is a series of 6 pen on paper about 8X10 dancer sketches of dancers in rehersal at a ballet bar or studio. There isn't a lot of detail in the drawings, mostly simple line drawings. I inherated these from a friend that would have collected these between 1930 - 1960.
