Hong Kong is a good place, but you will probably regret it in later life.

On your tricep is usually a good place. WARNING... get someone who can read chinese or do some research on the word you want! I know someone who got the work "artist" tatooed on backwords (and it was NOT on purpose) although now he tells everybody that it was on purpose!

i'm thinking about putting one there.

it'll probably be about the same size as the one that you're considering.

not wrist, like, when your palm is facing up, but...

on the side of your.... wrist...?

eh, toy with the idea.

good luck.
