You need to purchase a "How to Draw Anime" book at your local art store.
Also, start a reference image file on body builders using "tear sheets" out of body building magazines.
Action hero comic books from your local am-pm mini-mart or comic book store will help, and a reference art book on bodily action poses and forced-perspective will also be a highly valuable tool in your drawing.
The key is to literally draw what you see, using your eyes as calipers, noting all points of reference, scale, dimensional distances in relationship to the different muscle groups and the joints. Your eyes should be like lasers analyzing all the masses, spaces and shapes of the muscular form, and mentally calculating distances. Later as you mature into the drawing process you can take liberties to experiment with exaggerations in poses for drama, and in spectacular staging of the action figure.
Additionally, a digital camera can be of aid in getting a direly needed pose with a specific angle or lighting via photographing a friend upon whose image you can "build" upon the muscular form.
Good luck!

Girls are attracted to males who are strong because of our nature. We have it in us to feel the need of being protected, it comes from when cave men went out and killed our dinner while we were at hom breast-feeding the baby. And guys are attracted to shorter girls because the way that it makes them feel more like a man subconciously. I'm not really sure about the blonde thing, but the boobs come from the natural instinct of a woman being able to feed her young. A woman with small breast feels less like a woman typically and a man sees her as such. (This is all psycologically based it's theory, not fact.)

Study super hero comic books for examples of line making the shapes of muscles. Art books show examples of muscle shape using gradation.
Art illustration is the solving of a complex 3D shape into lines and shades. The books I mentioned are examples of how the problem is solved and thus help you advance.

The trick is in how you do the neck line, if you draw the neck line high and give the man an egg shaped head. this will give you the mascular look you are looking for.

Be mindful that the human figure doesn't have any LINES... contours and shapes yes- lines no! Use shadowing to your advantage.
